Frequently Asked Questions . . .

1. What type of vehicle do I need to pick the pieces up?

~ We load most of the pieces in enclosed trailers. You will need a 2" ball hitch to pull the trailer and a 4 prong straight electric adapter.

The Small Bounce House and the Sumo Wrestlers can fit in a pickup truck, SUV or minivan (if the seats fold down).

2. How long is a "rental day" ?

~ We try to be flexible on the rental hours. If no one has the inflatable rented on the day before your event, we make every effort to get the inflatable to you the evening before. If someone has it rented on the day before your event, then you can pick it up anytime after 8:00 am on the date of your event.

I.E. If you have rented the inflatable for a Saturday and no one has it rented on the Friday before, you can pick it up Friday evening. If someone does have it rented that Friday before, then you can pick it up anytime after 8:00 am on Saturday.

~ Returning the pieces -- Again, we try to be flexible. If no one has it rented the day after your event, then I say return it at a time convenient to you the day after your event. If someone DOES have it rented, then we need the inflatable returned no later than 8:00 am of the next day.

3. RAIN POLICY

~ If you need to cancel your reservation because of crazy Indiana weather - I understand. There is no penalty. I only ask that you call and let me know that you need to cancel because, as you know, it can be storming on the West Side of Evansville and sunshine in Boonville.

4. What type of payments do you accept?

~ Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks or Good Ole Cash.

5. Do you require a deposit?

~ Nope. Because of the Rain Policy. If you have to cancel because of weather, I don't want to have your money. I only require your name and phone number to hold the inflatable. I only ask that if your plans change, please call me and let me know so the piece can be freed up for someone else.
