  What types of vehicle do i need to pick the pieces up?

We load most of the pieces in enclosed trailers.  You will need a 2" ball hitch to pull the trailer and a 4 prong straight electric adapter.  Don't forget that we offer delievery if you do not have this equipment or you simply don't want to bother someone who does!!  Visit our delivery page to view delivery rates.  Some of the smaller inflatables like the Small Bounce House and Sumo Wrestlers can fit in a pickup truck and an SUV or minivan if your seats fold down.

How long is is a "rental day"?

We try to be flexible on the rental hours.  If no one has the inflatable rented on the day before your event, we make every effort to get the inflatable to you the evening before.  If someone has it rented on the day before your event, then we can have it delivered or you can pick it up anytime after 8:00AM on the date of your event.

If you have rented the inflatable for a Saturday and no one has it rented on the Friday before, you can pick it up Friday evening.  If someone does have it rented that Friday before, then we can have it delivered or you can pick it up anytime after 8:00AM Saturday.

When returning the pieces, again, we try to be flexible. If no one has it rented the day after your event, then you will be able to return it to a time convienient to you the day after your event. If someone DOES have it rented, then we need the inflatable returned no later than 8:00AM of the next day.

What is the Rain policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation because of crazy tri-state weather, WE UNDERSTAND. There is no penalty. I only ask that you call and let us know that you need to cancel because, as you know, it can be storming on the West Side of Evansville and the sun is shining in Boonville.

What type of payments do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks, and good ol' cash!

Do you require a deposit?

Nope! Because of the Rain policy, if you have to cancel because of weather, I don't want to have your money. I only require your name and phone number to hold the inflatable and ask you to call as soon as possible to let us no so the fun can be freed up for someone else!
